The Rosary Shrine of Saint Jude is part of the Dominican Foundation of Dominican Friars Province of St. Joseph, Inc., a NY State tax-exempt corporation under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, with Tax ID # 26-3273636.

On August 17, 2010, the Rosary Shrine of St. Jude was merged with the Dominican Foundation of Dominican Friars, Province of St. Joseph, Inc. A copy of the Certificate of Merger may be provided upon request.

The Dominican Foundation of Dominican Friars, Province of St. Joseph was incorporated on 8 August 2008.

Thus an estate can make distribution of a bequest either to the Rosary Shrine of Saint Jude,  or to the Dominican Foundation of Dominican Friars.
